Were recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join a growing, values-led childrens care provider in Nottinghamshire.

The provider currently operates small therapeutic homes supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and trauma-related needs, with further expansion plans already underway.

Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Childrens Home Regulations 2015
Creating a positive, child-centred, and therapeutic culture within the home

Supporting recruitment, staff development, and team retention
About You
Previous experience within childrens residential care at management or deputy level
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Passionate about therapeutic and trauma-informed care
Strong leadership and communication skills
Child-focused, resilient, and values-driven approach
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
Whats on Offer
Competitive salary package
Supportive and highly experienced leadership team
Opportunity to shape and influence a growing provider
Small occupancy homes focused on quality care and outcomes
Ongoing training and professional development
Clear progression opportunities as the organisation expands
Therapeutic, relationship-led care environment
This is an excellent opportunity for a manager who wants to be part of a provider genuinely committed to making a long-term difference in childrens lives whilst building high-quality, stable, and nurturing services.
At RJS, we partner with values-driven childrens care providers across the UK and work on a continuous stream of exciting opportunities within the sector. xwzovoh If this role isnt quite right but youre open to discussing other positions, feel free to get in touch to explore our wider portfolio of vacancies.
