Working as part of a large and talented brigade, youll be exposed to a diverse range of international cuisines, fresh seasonal produce, and high-volume service while maintaining exceptional standards.

What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
Solid understanding of classic culinary techniques and cooking from scratch
Experience running a section independently and supporting junior team members
Ability to perform within fast-paced, high-volume service (up to 200 covers)
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and consistency
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to xwzovoh learn
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Passion for fresh produce, seasonal ingredients, seafood, grill, and refined casual dining environments
Working across a kitchen known for fresh pasta made daily, premium seafood, seasonal produce, grill cooking, and globally inspired dishes , this role would suit chefs who thrive in energetic services and enjoy being part of ambitious teams.
