Process Operative

TEMP TO PERM ROLE** We are recruiting for PROCESS OPERATIVES for our client in Hereford who are a global provider of heat treatment and thermal processing. With training provided along with career progression, the position is of an immediate start working a continental shift. Duties Include: Machine setting and operation Planning efficient loading and unloading of equipment Supporting preventative maintenance activities Ensuring site is kept secure at all times Reporting deficiencies/faults in equipment performance Relaying to management of any problems or opportunities as they arise Benefits: Permanent Position after successful trial period Training and development Overtime available at Time and a Half Shifts: 3 week shift pattern of days and nights averaging at 39 hours per week.
