This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term position within a production environment. Key Duties: Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily production targets. Ensure products meet quality and client specifications. Maximise efficiency across production lines. Follow and promote all health, safety, and quality standards. Complete paperwork and production systems accurately. Act as a role model for best practice across the site. Requirements: Previous experience in a Team Leader role within production or food manufacturing preferred. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
