We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Childrens Support Workers to join our team on a flexible basis.
In this role, you will work collaboratively to provide high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their emotional wellbeing and helping them make informed choices about their lives. You will play a key role in empowering service users to maximise their independence, rights, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-standard care and support
Promote the emotional wellbeing and safety of young people
Encourage independence, choice, and decision-making
Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Requirements Full UK driving licence (essential)
Minimum 6 months UK-based experience in a social care setting
A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach
Positive attitude with a strong sense of commitment
