Job Description:

Core Responsibilities
- Project Delivery Leadership
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based solutions
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact between business teams and technical teams
- Communicate project status, issues, and milestones
- Align delivery with business goals
- Team Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business analysts)
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and standards
- Monitor deliverables for quality and compliance
- Manage change requests and scope control
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks early
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve delivery blockers
Customer Engagement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of the Pega Platform (case management, workflows, decisioning)
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and in a RAINBOW model
- Project management experience (often with tools like Jira, MS Project)
- Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience leading teams in a UCD environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, or LSA)
- Background in IT delivery or consulting
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations
