10 Hour Days Job Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HIAB Driver on behalf of a well-established glass and window company.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and a permanent salary of £44,000.

The role involves delivering glass, windows, and related products to customers across the UK.

Drivers must be comfortable carrying out offloading duties independently using a HIAB crane while maintaining excellent safety and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities Deliver glass and window products to customer sites across the UK Operate HIAB crane equipment safely and efficiently to offload deliveries Carry out daily vehicle checks before and after shifts Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately Check orders and delivery documentation before leaving site Maintain high standards of health & safety at all times Secure loads correctly and ensure goods are transported safely Communicate professionally with customers and transport teams Report vehicle defects, delivery issues, or delays promptly Keep vehicle clean and roadworthy Requirements Valid Class 1 (Category CE) licence Valid HIAB qualification / certification Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card Previous experience xwzovoh operating HIAB equipment preferred Comfortable with early morning starts and 10-hour working days Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable with a strong work ethic What We Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects £44,000 salary upon permanent placement Full-time, stable employment Supportive transport team Ongoing work with a reputable company
