Stock Controller

BRAND NEW PERMANENT POSITION IN WORCESTER!** We are looking for a reliable and organised Stock Controller to join our client's busy team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time role combining both office-based administration and hands-on warehouse duties. Salary £30,000 per year Working Hours Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:30 The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day stock operations across the warehouse and office functions. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and controlling stock levels Booking goods in and out accurately Carrying out regular stock checks and investigations Updating internal stock systems and records Liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, and office teams Ensuring stock is stored correctly and efficiently Supporting general warehouse and operational duties where required Requirements Previous stock control, inventory, or warehouse experience essential Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Good computer literacy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude What We Offer Permanent full-time position Stable Monday-Friday working hours Friendly working environment Combination of office and warehouse work The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
