Job Description An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry division within a luxury private members club in the heart of Mayfair .

What We Offer £70,000 salary + bonus

What Youll Be Doing Leading and inspiring the pastry brigade across the clubs operations
Creating and delivering exceptional desserts, pastries, and seasonal offerings
Maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
Managing ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
Training, mentoring, and developing junior pastry chefs
Collaborating with senior leadership on menu development and innovation
What Were Looking For Proven experience as aHead Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous Chefwithin luxury hospitality or fine dining
Strong technical pastry skills with a refined, modern approach
Leadership experience managing high-performing pastry teams
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Passion for creativity, precision, and premium ingredients
Calm and professional under pressure
