Mechanical Construction Manager

Client: Since their formation almost 20 years ago, my client has grown into one of London’s most reputable commercial office fit-out M&E contractors. They have established a strong track record delivering fast-paced CAT A and CAT B projects for a range of well-known main contractors London. The business has recently expanded with the launch of a new division led by a stand out divisional director. He has ambitious plans to scale this division significantly, with a focus on bringing in young, driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and progress as the team develops.

Role/Responsibilities:
· Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
· Short term programming.
· Health & Safety (RAMS).
· Technical Submissions.
· Preparation/issuing all RFI.
· Sub-contractor coordination.
· Management of commissioning stages
· Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
· Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client
· Weekly site and Progress meetings
The ideal candidate:
· Have 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.
· Have great technical knowledge of mechanical services.
· Experience doing fast pace commercial office fit out projects up to £500k mechanical value.
