This role is essential in maintaining efficient stock management and ensuring goods are available when needed to support business activities. The Stores Person will be required to operate a 5-Tonne Counterbalance Forklift, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to a safe, organised, and professional working environment.
 
The ideal candidate will be reliable, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach, commitment to accuracy, and strong focus on health and safety are key to success in this position.

Duties and responsibilities of the Stores Person:
Goods in and goods out
Being efficient and accurate
Using 5-Tonne Counterbalance Forklift
Stock Control 
Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries
Loading and Unloading Qualifications and requirements for the Stores Person:
Valid 5-Tonne counterbalance forklift license.
Previous warehouse or stores experience 
Health and safety awareness or relevant certification 
Basic IT, Numeracy and literacy skills
