As a Product Delivery Director in Cloud Foundational Services, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. The Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) organization, a part of Infrastructure Platforms, acts as the focal point across all of JPMorganChase's cloud capabilities. It provides the central suite of tools and APIs that manage access to public cloud capabilities in a secure and compliant manner, defines the developer experience to bind cloud resources into a coherent ecosystem and, in partnership with both Enterprise Technology Product Lines and Lines of Business, drives the adoption and best practices for the implementation of cloud capabilities.Bring your expertise to shape and enhance the journey of products from inception to our customers' hands. As a leader on the team, you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.Job responsibilitiesDirects principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationEnsures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsMaintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersManages, coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficienciesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsSignificant experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategiesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsEffective communication and team building skillsUnderstanding of Public Cloud Providers and Capabilities (AWS required)Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldAzure & GCP experience also preferredJ.P.
