Role Responsibilities Manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) elements across multiple building projects Review design information, ensuring buildability, compliance, and coordination with construction teams Lead M&E planning from pre-construction through to completion Oversee subcontractors, ensuring high standards of installation, testing, and commissioning Attend design meetings, progress reviews, and site coordination meetings Identify risks, technical issues, and opportunities for value engineering Ensure M&E works are compliant with regulations, standards, and project specifications Coordinate with site teams, commercial departments, and external consultants Maintain thorough documentation, reports, and handover information About You Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, M&E Manager, or M&E Coordinator in the construction industry Strong technical understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems Background in new build and/or refurbishment projects up to £15m Ability to interpret xwzovoh drawings, specifications, and technical documents Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining quality standards Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred) Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer Competitive salary car/allowance benefits package Opportunity to work on varied, high-quality construction projects Supportive team environment with opportunities for progression Stable pipeline of work across Greater Manchester and the North West
