Job Overview: * This school caters for students aged 11-16. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, English Teacher role. * Plan and deliver engaging English Language and Literature lessons across KS3-KS4. * Create differentiated lessons that support students of varying abilities and learning styles. * Monitor, assess, and track student progress to ensure strong academic achievement. * Encourage creativity, confidence, and critical thinking through high-quality teaching. * Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and expectations. * Work collaboratively with SLT, colleagues, and the wider school community.
