Work Strata are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a rapidly expanding distribution centre based in Barnsley. Due to increased demand, our client is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their team.   Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing customer orders Processing and repacking items Sorting and organising incoming parcels Working accurately and efficiently Following health & safety procedures General warehouse duties This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a modern warehouse environment—no two days are the same.   Shift Options Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle: Night Shift: 00:00 – 09:00 (40 hours/week) Back Shift: 13:00 – 21:00 (35 hours/week) Day Shift: 08:00 – 16:00 (38 hours/week) AM Shift: 04:00 – 08:00 (20 hours/week) PM Shift: 16:00 – 20:00 (20 hours/week) Weekend shifts available  Pay Rate: £12.96 – £20.00 per hour   Benefits: Weekly pay Overtime opportunities available Flexible shifts to suit your schedule On-site parking Modern, clean working environment Full training provided – no experience required Opportunities for progression within a growing company Supportive team and management Temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates
