These investments and management strategy play a key role in securing income to fund wider Council services for the benefit of local communities. Teams within the service work in partnership with the private sector and key stakeholders to secure high-quality investment in the city and deliver major mixed-use regeneration schemes, such as Friargate and City Centre South, which will create thousands of new homes and jobs for the city.Coventry City Council has a diverse commercial property portfolio. It includes a range of investment properties and ground lease interests and is valued at c.As our Asset Manager & Valuation Lead, you will play a key role in managing the portfolio and maximising income, and lead the delivery of the annual asset valuation programme.
