What You'll Be Doing:
Leading by example on the floor, youre the face of the restaurant, setting the tone and making guests feel at home
Creating a great team vibe, recruiting, training, and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros
Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth
Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience

A natural host, confident, warm, and quick to make people smile
Experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (ideally 4- or 5-star)
Calm under pressure, with a good head for numbers and team dynamics
Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details that turn a good meal into a great memory
