A highly regarded Top 100 UK law firm is looking to welcome a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer into its Northampton team.

The Opportunity

You'll manage a varied and high-quality residential property caseload, giving you exposure to a broad range of transactions rather than the same work day in, day out. Matters will include:

• Sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• New build and shared ownership transactions
• Equity release matters
• Higher-value and more complex residential property work
• Transfers of part, overage and option agreements

You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your work while being surrounded by an experienced and approachable team when you need support.

The candidate

We're keen to speak with Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives with 1+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.

You'll enjoy working collaboratively, take pride in providing an excellent client service and be looking for a firm where you can continue developing both professionally and personally.
