Programme Manager - DefenceLocation - Portsmouth (onsite)Salary - 65,000-75,000 plus package. Please note: Due to the nature of the programme, this role requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance.We’re looking for a capable Programme Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects, working closely with engineering teams, Project Managers and customers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.What you’ll be doing:Leading and supporting Project Managers and delivery teamsManaging programme plans, schedules, risks, dependencies and milestonesBuilding strong relationships with customers and key stakeholdersStrong experience overseeing programme finances, including cost forecasting, budgeting and financial performance.Supporting bids, proposals and new business activityManaging resource requirements and delivery prioritiesProviding programme updates to senior stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for:Proven Programme Management experience within defence, maritime or a complex engineering environmentExperience managing multiple technical projects simultaneouslyStrong customer, stakeholder and leadership skillsExperience managing programme budgets, costs and delivery performanceExcellent planning, communication and problem-solving skillTo apply, please send your CV to
