Are you an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver looking for a fast-paced, high-performance environment? The Pallet Network in Swadlincote is recruiting night-shift drivers to join our busy operation.
This is not a beginner role! we need highly skilled, confident drivers who can work quickly, accurately, and safely in a demanding pallet network setting.
What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience operating a counterbalance forklift Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse Strong awareness of safety procedures and pallet network operations Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain pace throughout the shift Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
Shift & Pay Nights only Monday to Friday (no weekends) 8.5 hours per shift £16.14 per hour
Role Responsibilities Loading and unloading trailers within tight time windows Moving pallets quickly and safely across the warehouse xwzovoh Working as part of a coordinated night team Maintaining accuracy under pressure Supporting smooth flow of freight through the network
