Deputy Manager – Children's Residential EBD Home Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum Full-time | Permanent Make Your Mark From Day One We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our brand-new 3-bed residential EBD home in Milton Keynes. The home has recently been registered, offering a fantastic opportunity to join at the very beginning and play a key role in establishing the home, shaping its culture and building a strong team. Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can thrive. About You We are looking for someone with: * Experience in a children's residential setting, ideally EBD. * Previous experience as a Senior, Team Leader or Deputy Manager. * A good understanding of safeguarding and children's residential care. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * A child-centred, resilient and consistent approach. * A genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people.
