About the role
We are recruiting for an experienced PA/Executive for one of our key clients in the Birmingham area. The role is to provide high‑level executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team while ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the office. The key responsibilities will be to coordinate diary and travel management, project administration, and operational office tasks; oversee key processes such as company vehicle management, hotel and taxi bookings, meeting preparation, and action tracking; oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office, including managing supplies, facilities matters, contractor visits, and general office upkeep; coordinate and support projects by managing timelines, maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking actions through to completion; take accurate minutes, distribute them promptly, and follow up on action points to ensure delivery; maintain filing systems, databases, and records in line with data protection and internal policies; process expenses, purchase orders, and other routine administrative tasks; always uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
