This is a key leadership role overseeing final assembly operations while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across production.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and oversee the final assembly of heavy manufacturing equipment
*Supervise and coordinate factory and assembly teams, promoting a lean and safety-first culture
*Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure deadlines are met
*Work closely with Operations and Engineering teams to keep production plans on target
*Ensure production outputs meet strict quality standards and dispatch requirements
*Implement, optimise, and continuously improve production processes
*Support the rollout and integration of MRP / production systems
*Monitor production performance and identify efficiency and cost-saving improvements
*Chair daily and weekly production meetings and deliver toolbox talks
*Develop and implement quality vision, policies, and procedures aligned with ISO standards
*Design, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
*Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks
*Manage NCRs, CAPA, and corrective action processes
*Maintain accurate quality xwzovoh documentation and records Requirements
*Proven experience in production or manufacturing management within heavy engineering
*Strong hands-on leadership style with a solutions-focused mindset
*Experience working in lean manufacturing environments with a strong focus on Health & Safety
