PolymerExtrusionProcessManagement
Overseeandmanagepolymerextrusionprocessesfromrawmaterialpreparationthroughtofinalproductextrusion
Monitorandcontrolkeyextrusionparameterstoensureproductqualityandconsistency
Troubleshootandresolveprocess-relatedissuesinatimelymanner
QualityAssurance
Implementandmaintainqualitycontrolprocedureswithintheextrusionprocess
Conductroutineinspectionstoensurecompliancewithqualitystandards
Workcloselywithqualityteamstoinvestigateandresolvenon-conformances
ProcessOptimisation
Identifyandimplementopportunitiesforcontinuousprocessimprovement
CollaboratewithengineeringandR&Dteamsonnewtechnologiesandprocessenhancements
Analyseperformancedataandmetricstooptimiseextrusionparametersandefficiency
EquipmentMaintenance
Overseeday-to-dayconditionandperformanceofextrusionequipment
Coordinateandsupportpreventativemaintenanceactivities
Liaisewithmaintenanceteamstoensuretimelyfaultresolutionandrepairs
QualificationsandExperience
Provenexperienceoperatingpolymerextrusionprocessesinanindustrialormanufacturingenvironment
Strongunderstandingofpolymermaterialsandtheirbehaviourduringextrusion xwzovoh
Experienceworkingwithqualitycontrolproceduresandcontinuousimprovementmethods
Strongproblem-solvingandtroubleshootingskills
Goodcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkcollaboratively
