The Opportunity

As Head of Property, you'll lead a collaborative team of experienced solicitors, a consultant, a CILEX lawyer and support staff while managing the team across

Residential Property

Commercial Property

Agricultural Property

You'll also mentor and develop the team, ensure high standards, and help shape the future direction of the department.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE)

Strong experience in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property

Previous supervisory experience, or someone ready to step into a leadership role

Excellent client care and communication skills

Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
