Health & Safety Advisor

A growing FMCG manufacturing business is looking for a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to help drive a strong safety-first culture across a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with operations teams to improve standards, ensure compliance, deliver training, and support continuous improvement across the site. What You’ll Be Doing * Driving Health & Safety standards across the business * Supporting compliance with ISO45001 / ISO14001 * Delivering H&S training and toolbox talks * Conducting audits, risk assessments, and policy reviews * Promoting a positive, proactive safety culture * Supporting operational and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For * NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) * Experience within FMCG or manufacturing * Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and systems * Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder skills * Organised, proactive, and improvement-focused mindset What’s On Offer £40k-£45k Growing, ambitious manufacturing environment Strong team culture Employee wellbeing support & benefits 29 days holiday, 5% 3% pension If you’re an energetic H&S professional looking to make a real impact within a growing manufacturing business, we’d love to hear from you.
