Handle construction-related claims, predominantly within the new-build sector.
Liaise with developers, contractors, homeowners, and other stakeholders throughout the claims journey.
Investigate claims, review supporting evidence, and make informed decisions in line with policy terms.
Apply a strong understanding of policy wording, exclusions, and endorsements, keeping up to date with ongoing changes.
Manage complaints professionally and resolve disputes with confidence and empathy.
Maintain accurate records and ensure exceptional attention to detail across all casework.
Work independently in a standalone technical claims role while collaborating with the wider business where required.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring significant technical claims experience to this growing function.
Essential
Minimum 5 years' experience handling technical property claims.
Experience managing both commercial and residential construction-related claims.
Strong knowledge of claims processes within the new-build or construction sector.
Proven experience liaising with developers, contractors, and property owners.

Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and confidently manage a standalone role.

Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to join a respected organisation during a period of growth, stepping into a newly created role where your technical expertise will have a genuine impact. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping an increasingly busy technical claims function while working with a portfolio of high-quality new-build developments.
