The Role: You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems across sites including schools, hospitals, council buildings, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities: Fault finding, servicing, and repair of commercial heating systems, boilers, pumps, valves, and plant room equipment Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, annual servicing, and safety inspections Installation and commissioning of commercial gas equipment Completing job sheets and associated paperwork accurately Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times Providing a professional service to customers on-site Requirements: NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ACS Commercial Gas qualifications Proven experience working on commercial heating systems Strong plumbing and mechanical knowledge Full UK driving licence xwzovoh Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience: Oil systems Catering equipment Electrical or BMS knowledge Renewable technologies / heat pumps Package & Benefits: Company van and fuel card Pension scheme Uniform and PPE provided 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Permanent position with excellent job security Immediate start available
