Credit Control and Billing Specialist

We are recruiting for a Billing Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end billing and invoicing, improving efficiency across the invoice-to-cash cycle. Key details: Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Location: Belfast City Centre Working pattern: Hybrid Role type: Permanent, full-time Reporting to: Financial Controller Role overview: Manage high-volume billing (around 1,000 invoices per month), with a focus on invoice accuracy and timely processing. Handle manual invoice adjustments, resolve customer queries, and liaise with internal stakeholders. Support credit control and cash collection, particularly in the latter part of the month. Experience in billing, accounts receivable, credit control, or payroll within a high-volume, service-based environment. Full training provided. Long-term role with stability rather than a short-term stepping stone.
