About the role

Motion Applied, a McLaren Group spin-out, is seeking a Product Leader to turn a world-class motorsport technology portfolio into a scalable, profitable business line. You will architect a strategic vision while ensuring excellent execution, with a Junior Product Manager reporting to you.

You will own the sensor product range, lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations and Sales, drive multi-million-pound P&L, and push for cost, quality and reliability improvements.
