Reputation is built on quality, service, and attention to detail. Now seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their vibrant, experienced team. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee 4 live luxury refurbishment projects, each valued between £2M - £5M, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, on time and within budget alognside a Site Project Manager on each project. You will: * Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. * Manage site based project teams and subcontractors. * Coordinate closely with the commercial team, clients, consultants, and senior management. * Maintain a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and programme management. * Report directly to the Managing Director. Requirements * Proven track record managing multiple high end residential refurbishment projects (£2M+). * Strong leadership and project management skills. * Excellent client-facing and communication abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple sites. * Based in or willing to commute daily to Central London.
