Role Description Senior Support Worker Make Every Day Matter! This is a physical, hands-on role , and to succeed youll have: Good spoken and written English Previous experience in a similar role, ideal A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day A full UK manual driving licence Experience with administering of medications Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest.
