Key Responsibilities Vehicle servicing & repairs — routine maintenance and mechanical repair work across passenger and light commercial vehicles Diagnostics — identify and resolve faults using appropriate diagnostic tools MOT testing (if qualified) Warranty repairs — complete work in line with manufacturer standards Vehicle Health Checks and accurate completion of all supporting documentation Collaborate with workshop colleagues to meet productivity and quality targets Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 Overtime available on an ad-hoc basis Saturday mornings on a rota (as required) Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Full UK Driving Licence Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Confident communicator and effective team player Reliable, punctual, and committed xwzovoh to delivering quality work Salary & Benefits Competitive salary £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Performance-related bonus scheme Company pension Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities Clear career progression routes Employee recognition and wellbeing support Additional Information Applicants must have the right to work in the UK This is an on-site role based in Trentham Lakes References may be requested during the hiring process INDEI
