About the role
Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Counter Lead to support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share by staying consumer focused. You will reflect a professional Brand image, maximise sales through service and standards, and ensure compliance with procedures while targeting daily and weekly goals.
In this role you will manage stock and deliveries, maintain visual merchandising, plan local events, and use digital tools to engage customers.
