Part-Time Property Manager

A long-established and stable property investment business based in South West London is looking for a part-time Property Manager to join the team. This is a permanent position paying up to £45,000 pro rata for three days per week. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are well maintained and managed effectively.

This would be an ideal role for a full-time property manager who is looking for a part-time property position with an established portfolio of clients.

You’ll play a key role in keeping the portfolio running smoothly, from managing tenant relationships and building maintenance to overseeing compliance and budgets. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with initiative, drive and strong attention to detail.

The successful part-time Property Manager will:

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between tenants, contractors and the business
• Keep properties in good order through regular site visits and by arranging planned and reactive repairs
• Oversee building services, including heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems
• Prepare service charge budgets and monitor spend against them
• Manage business rates and running costs for vacant units
