We are a small family run independant garage located in Ardrossan.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
- Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in safe operating condition
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with power tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools
- Experience working as a mechanic or in a related field preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
