Account Manager – Hard FM
Location: London – Multi-Site Commercial Portfolio
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to oversee a prestigious portfolio of commercial properties across London.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for contract performance, financial management, operational delivery and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of Hard FM and M&E maintenance services across a multi-site commercial portfolio.

*

Manage Contract Managers, Technical Managers, engineering teams and specialist subcontractors.

*

Take full responsibility for contract P&L, financial performance, budgeting and forecasting.

*

Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs, statutory compliance and health & safety standards are consistently achieved.

*

Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders.

*

Identify opportunities for additional works, contract growth and service improvements.

*

Lead contract reviews, performance meetings and strategic operational planning.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Senior Contract Manager or similar within Facilities Management.

*

Strong background in Hard FM, M&E and commercial building services.

*

Demonstrable experience managing large contracts, budgets and P&L.

*

Previous experience overseeing multiple sites and management teams.

*

Excellent commercial awareness, leadership and client relationship skills
