Multi Skilled Engineer (Building / Tiling / Civils / Wet Trades), £20.00 Per Hour CIS We are currently seeking two experienced Multi Skilled Operatives with backgrounds in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades to join our clients busy and fast-paced team. Benefits​​​​​​​ * Company van provided for commuting and work use only * Fuel card included * Opportunity to work within a supportive and growing business * Stable, full-time role within a dynamic working environment Responsibilities * Carry out a variety of reactive maintenance and repair works across building, tiling, civils, and wet trades * Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests * Diagnose issues and complete repairs to a high standard * Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures * Maintain accurate job records and communicate progress effectively * Deliver excellent customer service while working on-site * Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider operational team Requirements * Previous experience in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades essential * Multi-skilled trade experience preferred * Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-volume reactive environment * Strong practical, problem-solving, and fault-finding skills * Good communication and customer service abilities * Full UK driving licence required * Reliable, organised, and able to manage workloads independently If you are a skilled tradesperson looking for a new opportunity within a fast-moving and supportive business, we would love to hear from you
