Roles Available • Kitchen Porters Your Responsibilities • Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness • Operate dishwashers and manage cleaning cycles • Support chefs with basic tasks • Keep BOH areas organised, safe, and compliant What We’re Looking For Previous KP or BOH experience preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Able to commit to 80% of the Below season dates Able to drive or arrange own transport to remote location – no public transport available Season Dates (2026) May: 25 , 27, 28, 30, 31 June: 5, 6, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29 July: 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25 Why Join Us?
