Production Operative

iRecruit4 are hiring physically fit Production Operatives to join our manufacturing client based in South Cerney. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with long hours, offering on-going work, and immediate starts.

Fixed hours and days, with an early finish on Fridays.
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 18:00 | Friday: Finish 16:00

Duties of the Production Operative:
Working on a production line heavy, physical work.
Stacking stock on pallets, wrapping, and preparing pallets for distribution.
Working in a team to meet production daily and weekly deadlines.
Ensuring the production conveyor belt is clean and able to run effectively.
Moving and lifting goods throughout the production area safely.
Heavy lifting of products directly off the conveyor belt this role is physically demanding.
Additional Information for the Production Operative:
A high level of fitness is required due to the manual and physically demanding nature of the role.
Monday to Thursday: 07:00 18:00 | Friday: Finish 16:00
£12.80 per hour (£14.30 per hour with holiday paid weekly), rising once permanent.
Own transport required due to location.
