The role
As a chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of the section your allocated to in the kitchen, you will ensure everything goes smoothly in your section, that the kitchen section is prep for service and you cook in service, this is fine dining, so you will present the dishes in a fine dining way. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Experience
As a chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of your section, you will require good knife skills and also fine dining experience for this. xwzovoh You will be a fresh food chef de partie, ideally with some rosette knowledge.
