Role Purpose We are now looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering the outstanding food experience Cleaver & Wake is known for.
What you'll be doing Running your section to an exceptional standard, ensuring consistency, precision and attention to detail in every dish.
Supporting the Senior Chefs with menu execution, prep and service across lunch, dinner and events.
Maintaining high levels of organisation, cleanliness and food safety at all times.
Contributing ideas, creativity and passion to a kitchen that values innovation and seasonality.
Working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a smooth, efficient and memorable service.
What we're looking for Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a premium, fine-dining or high-quality restaurant environment.
A genuine passion for exceptional food, ingredients and technique.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standards kitchen.
A positive, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow and develop your craft.
Commitment to maintaining the highest levels of food safety and kitchen hygiene. xwzovoh
Good to know Please note, this role is only open to candidates located in and with the right to work in the UK.
£13.50 per hour
