Summary
Were recruiting experienced Support Workers to support adults in their own homes across Weymouth, DT4 Post Code . If you want flexible work with the option of short visits, sleep-ins, and live-in placements , wed like to hear from you.
What youll do (domiciliary care)
Provide personal care (washing, dressing, continence support) while promoting dignity and independence
Support with mobility , safe transfers and repositioning
Help with meal and drink preparation and basic nutrition support
Medication support (prompting/assisting/administering as trained and per care plan)
Light domestic tasks linked to care needs (e.g., tidying, laundry, shopping support)
Maintain accurate daily notes/records and follow individual care plans (person-centred care)
Sleep-in & live-in care
Sleep-ins: stay overnight to provide reassurance and respond if support is needed (treated as working time in many cases depending on requirements).
Live-in care: provide day-to-day support in the persons home including personal care, meals, companionship and household routines.
What we offer
From £14.00 per hour

Essential requirements
Minimum 1 year UK domiciliary care experience
Enhanced DBS (required)
Right to work in the UK
Mandatory training certificates in date (list below)
Able to travel across the areas listed (driving licence + car strongly preferred)
