- £47,500 We're working with a client looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to support the commercial and contractual management of a range of projects and portfolios.

This is a key role focused on protecting commercial interests, managing contractual risk, and supporting successful project delivery across complex and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities: Lead commercial and contractual activities across assigned projects and portfolios Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle Support bid and proposal activity, including commercial reviews and risk assessments Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience in a Commercial Manager or Senior Commercial role Strong understanding of contract law and standard forms of contract (e.g.

NEC, JCT, bespoke contracts) Skilled negotiator with strong stakeholder management capability Commercially aware, analytical, and confident making decisions Excellent communication and organisational skills Desirable: Degree qualified in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, or a related discipline Professional qualification (or working towards) such as RICS, CIPS, or WorldCC Experience supporting complex projects within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where you'll play a key role in supporting commercial governance, project delivery, and long-term business success.
