Salary: £29,009 - £35,000 (DOE)
39 hours per week | Rotating shift pattern (1 in 3 weekends)

We're offering an excellent opportunity for a Plumber to join our facilities team, supporting the delivery of essential services that keep secure environments safe, compliant and operational.
The Role
As part of our on?site Facilities Maintenance team, you'll be responsible for a variety of planned and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks, including:
Routine and non-routine plumbing maintenance
Mains water supply repairs
Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of life-expired plumbing equipment
Water sampling, inspections and risk assessments
Ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Supporting other FM duties as required by the team manager
Your work will play a key role in keeping essential systems functioning safely and reliably.
The Requirements
We're looking for a skilled and dependable professional with:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
Experience in plumbing maintenance (commercial environment experience preferred)
Ability to operate light plant and equipment
Legionella awareness knowledge (desirable)
Full UK driving licence
A strong understanding of safe working practices
