We are currently recruiting for an experienced and professional Accounts Office Administrator to join our clients team based in Swadlincote.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong administrative and accounts experience to secure a long-term position within a busy and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Matching supplier invoices with delivery notes
?? Processing invoices and payments using Sage
?? Handling cash and card transactions accurately
?? Liaising with branches and suppliers professionally
?? Managing customer accounts and monitoring overdue payments
?? Carrying out general office administration and filing duties
Candidate Requirements:
?? Previous accounts and administration experience
?? Sage 50 experience preferred
?? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy xwzovoh
?? Strong communication and organisational skills
?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?? Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
