Production Operatives In Temporary by WP Recruitment & HR Ltd4th June 2026 Industry: Manufacturing Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight Hours: Rotating dayshift 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm weekly Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Immediate start on an ongoing basis during busy peak Duties: Operation of vibrating and sandblasting machinery, May also involve operation of power tools, Control of materials and recycling of waste, Working to technical specifications, quality standards and health & safety regulations. Experience: Must have previous production or manufacturing experience and a good awareness of health and safety. Must be physically fit due to the nature of duties and be able to undertake manual handling tasks. Must be able to work well to instructions and as part of a team. Must be flexible with working hours and have good attention to detail. Salary: £13.84 per hour worked, rates increase after 12 weeks.
