Dunalastair Hotel is looking for a passionate, organised Head Chef to lead our kitchen in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

This is an opportunity to make your mark on our food offering, build a strong kitchen team and deliver dishes that give guests a reason to return. We're looking for someone who combines creativity with sound kitchen management and leads by example during service.

The role

As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

• Developing seasonal menus with a focus on quality, flavour and consistency.
• Leading, training and supporting the kitchen team.
• Managing food costs, ordering, stock control and waste.
• Planning kitchen rotas and ensuring effective preparation for service.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and allergen management.
• Working closely with hotel management and front-of-house colleagues to deliver an excellent guest experience.
