Were now on the lookout for a Commis Chef who is looking to progress their career in a fast-paced kitchen.
Role Overview:
As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for working in your allocated prep section. Your role will be pivotal to the delivery of food service and ensuring the kitchen team has everything they need in order to serve all menu items.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and garnish all food correctly, following the menu and making sure it looks good on the plate.
Set up the kitchen for service, make sure enough food is prepped and ready.
Follow company standards for food quality, recipes, portions, seasoning, and presentation.
Make sure all dishes are sent out on time and work closely with the chefs and team.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness rules, and report any hazards immediately. xwzovoh
Keep accurate records, stay ready to support your section, and carry out any tasks given by senior chefs.
