Divisional Managers Locations: Northampton , Birmingham, Leicester & Peterborough Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + Bonus + Share Scheme About the Role Due to continued business growth, KAP Technical Recruitment is seeking experienced and ambitious Divisional Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven recruitment professional to leverage their industry expertise, build develop a division and team, and participate in the company's success through a share equity scheme. As a Divisional Manager, you will be a hands on biller , take ownership of your division's performance, including full P&L responsibility. You will be responsible for setting and managing KPIs, coaching and motivating team members, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and customer service. Key Responsibilities. * Recruit, train, and mentor new team members. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. * Lead by example through outstanding service delivery and professional standards. * Identify and implement growth opportunities within your specialist market.
